Proposed merger FAQ
When do I receive my new shares?
If the proposed merger is completed, eligible investors will receive an email with information regarding the issuance of their ANGX shares and the next steps for accessing them.
How will I access them?
Following the close, you will receive an email with instructions on how to establish access to your shares.
What if my address has changed?
If your contact information has changed, please email us at investors@wingfeathersaga.com, and we'll help update your records to ensure you receive future communications.
Can I transfer shares to my brokerage?
Yes. Once your ANGX shares have been issued, eligible shares may be transferred to a brokerage account. Additional instructions will be provided after closing.
